Small Supplies, Lifesaving Impact
The remote indigenous communities of the Ecuadorian Amazon are the guardians of the world’s most vital ecosystem, yet they remain the most isolated from basic healthcare. Our mission is to deliver the “medicine cabinet” they lack.

The Challenge: Beyond the Reach of Modern Medicine
Many remote Amazon communities face limited access to basic healthcare, especially for mothers, infants, and vulnerable elders. In the deep interior, a preventable infection or dehydration can quickly become a crisis. We are filling this gap by delivering targeted medical supplies that address the specific environmental challenges of the jungle.
The Solution: Community-Led Health Support
Your support helps provide essential care and medical supplies that empower local health workers. Rather than just dropping off boxes, we focus on community-led solutions:
- Pediatric & Maternal Health: Supplying life-saving rehydration, liquid antibiotics, and vitamins to combat the high rates of childhood parasites and malnutrition.
- Geriatric Support: Providing chronic pain relief and respiratory aids for the elders who serve as the cultural pillars of their tribes.
- Training & Tools: Supporting community training so local leaders are equipped to use these supplies effectively and safely.
Radical Transparency & Stewardship
We are committed to the responsible and ethical use of every item donated.
- 100% Impact: Every donation directly supports healthcare programs and medical inventory in remote Amazon communities.
- Accountability: By using our detailed Medical Donation Form, we ensure that no medicine is wasted and that every item meets the strict safety and expiration standards (October 2026 or later) required for remote transit.

Campaign Schedule
Current Phase (Q2): Active Product Acquisition. We have already begun securing critical surgical and primary care supplies in Nevada for the Q4 shipment.
Next Phase (Q3): Logistics & Customs Bridge.
Final Phase (Q4): On-the-Ground Impact & Health center Launch
The culmination of Mission 2026: Transitioning from logistics to local care.
- The Goal: We are moving beyond “supplies in boxes” to establish a fully functional medical hub. In this final phase, mHealthKarma will oversee the outfitting of the newly refurbished Sani Isla Health Center.
- Clinical Integration: We will integrate the sterile storage, diagnostic tools, and specialized maternal health kits procured in Q2 into the center’s permanent infrastructure.
- The Impact: By equipping this facility, we are enabling medical professionals from the Pañacocha center to provide consistent weekend care. This eliminates the need for 800+ community members to undertake long, difficult river journeys for basic medical attention.
