Transforming Medical Surplus into Lifesaving Impact At mHealthKarma, our passion is driven by a simple but urgent reality: billions of dollars in high-quality medical supplies go to waste each year, while indigenous communities in the Amazon Rainforest lack the basic resources to treat preventable illness. We exist to bridge that gap. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we specialize in the logistics of hope—coordinating the donation and delivery of essential pharmaceutical products and medical equipment directly to the Sani Isla community in Ecuador.
